Description: As a mass communication medium, the Internet has lately developed from a double perspective: on the one hand as a distribution channel and on the other as a communication channel. From this second perspective, the Web allows consumers an unlimited access to information and a greater control of their contact with advertising, because they can choose what commercial content they wish to see, when they receptive to it and whether they want to receive it completely. In this sense, the measurement of attitude to Internet advertising and its assessment by Internet users has become an essential element for the development of more profitable and efficient business communication strategies. This paper analyses the influence of advertising types on advertising assessment, as well as the effect of Internet users' previous awareness of the different advertising formats on their attitude to Internet advertising.

Description: This paper focuses on the study of the ICT applied to the role of logistics in companies relationships, therefore a deeper analysis will be carried out on how the ICT affect the traditional chain of consequences: Service Quality - Value - Satisfaction - Loyalty. The SEM analysis is used in order to contrast the hypotheses of the links proposed bearing in mind the high/low presence of the ICT. The results on the reliability and validation analysis of the scales used are satisfactory and our conclusions confirm the above mentioned chain of consequences and remark the ICT influence when describing these relations.

Description: Literature about cooperative agreement shows us the importance of some factors in the success of the cooperative agreements. We will focus on the study of two variables with high social component, such as trust and commitment. Our objective is to evaluate if there are significant differences in both variables between the different reasons that motive companies to cooperate. If these significant differences appear there will be important managerial implications because managers would have more information in the decision making process because they would be identifying some reasons with higher level of those success key factors. Moreover, we carry out the empirical study in Spanish agro-alimentary industry because we consider that there are a few studies about cooperative agreement in mature sector with low technological component.

Description: This study focuses on the structure of the board of directors that is considered more suitable in terms of corporate social responsibility, and also on those contextual factors that could influence the socially responsible behavior of family firms. Empirical analysis on 535 non-listed Spanish firms leads to the identification of three clusters in terms of the variables related to boards´ structure: family dominated boards, professional boards and immature boards. Results show that the firms that have boards' structure with more potential for a socially responsible behavior (professional boards) are the ones who are bigger, older and with higher generational evolution.

Description: This paper aims to analyse the Basque Country companies' view about the financial valuation of intangibles relevance and its influence on business performance. To achieve this objective, a field study has been done with 440 telephone calls to Basque Country companies' financial managers. Then, their responses and theirs firm's performance are analysed. The results show that the companies that are interested in the financial valuation of the intangibles, specially for internal motivation, perform better, however, this improvement is not statistically significant. Otherwise, the companies that are more interested in the valuation of their intangibles for external reasons need to provide information to stakeholders about their ability to generate income.
